Information Clause on the processing of personal data collected in connection with the organization of the 5th Annual Meeting of Baltic States Experts in Audio and Speech Forensics. In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), we kindly inform you that:

1. Your personal data has been collected based on Article 6(1)(a) of the aforementioned Regulation and will be processed exclusively in connection with the organization of the conference in which you will be a participant.
2. The controller of your personal data is the Jan Sehn Institute of Forensic Research in Krakow, hereinafter referred to as the "Controller."

4. The Controller does not transfer your data to any recipients.
5. The Controller does not intend to transfer your data to a third country or to international organizations.
6. You have the right to request from the Controller access to your data, their rectification, transfer, and erasure, as well as the restriction of data processing.
7. In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Controller, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
8. Based on your personal data, the Controller will not make automated decisions concerning you, including decisions resulting from profiling.
